Sign Out
Despite having already enabling biometrics (PIN code for log in) the app has signed me out 4 times since our company switched to this app and I started using it. Not really ideal. Despite that issue it is a good app for checking payslips and applying for leaves.
Doesn’t Work
Talked to support about the app not allowing me to sign in. Seems like it only works through a corresponding Microsoft account. They seemed to help, but I am still not able to sign in through the app. Once I submit my information, the window closes and the app sends me back to the sign in screen. It’s useless. Luckily they sent a link to the website in the email. But the mobile app simply does not function.

Are any of the problems listed in your reviews going to get fixed?? There is some listed year+ that are clearly still happening because they happen to me plus multiple other people I know.
For eg,
•having to put in password and email regardless of saving & Face ID, pincode…
•the clock in and out button is simply 1 button? Not 2 seperate, 1 for clock in & 1 for clock out OR even it saying if you’ve clock in or out.
•I also have been having problems with logging in all together, not being able to have access.
Etc…
Does the app even get decent updates?
Will these things even get addressed/fixed?

I despise having to use this app to work
Worst app ever invented so slow and doesn’t allow you to see if you clocked on our out

The earlier version was easy.
