Doesn’t Work
Response from developer
Thank you for providing such comprehensive information. I apologise for any inconvenience you have encountered during your support conversation, and I fully understand the frustration of being unable to sign in. With regard to the utilisation of a Microsoft account for login, please be informed that this sign-in method has been selected by your employer. The issue you described, in which the sign-in window closes and redirects you to the sign-in screen instead of launching the application, is not the expected behaviour. Our team is currently investigating the sign-in complications associated with work Microsoft accounts. In the interim, you may access your information via the website, ensuring that you are not entirely locked out during this process. If you are willing to assist us in diagnosing the issue, please respond to the ongoing email thread with support and reference this App Store review. This will facilitate routing your inquiry directly to the mobile team without the necessity of restarting the process. Thank you for your understanding. The Ready People Team
Are any of the problems listed in your reviews going to get fixed??
For eg,
•having to put in password and email regardless of saving & Face ID, pincode…
•the clock in and out button is simply 1 button? Not 2 seperate, 1 for clock in & 1 for clock out OR even it saying if you’ve clock in or out.
•I also have been having problems with logging in all together, not being able to have access.
Etc…
Does the app even get decent updates?
Will these things even get addressed/fixed?
🤞🏼
Response from developer
Hi, thank you for clearly laying this out and for confirming that the issue is not limited to you—that's genuinely helpful to hear. Regarding the sign-in process asking for a password despite having Face ID or a PIN set up, I want to assure you that this is currently being investigated. We are also looking into improvements on how sessions remain signed in. There’s no need for you to change any settings on your end. Concerning the clock in/out button, we appreciate your feedback. We are working on clearer labelling so that it’s obvious whether you are clocking in or out. If you are experiencing issues logging in or accessing your account at all, we recommend addressing this directly rather than making assumptions. If possible, please reach out to our support team through your employer's Ready Workforce contact for assistance. When you do, please mention this review. To answer your question directly: yes, the app is actively updated, and feedback like yours does reach the team that is building it. We understand that these specific issues have not yet been resolved, and we are committed to making improvements. — The Ready People Team
I despise having to use this app to work
Can’t sign up
Response from developer
Hi, thanks for trying out Ready People. To clear this up: there's no public sign-up for this app — it's provided by your employer, who sets up your account and sends you your login details. If you're expecting to use this for work, the best step is to check with your employer or HR team for your Ready People login. If you're not associated with an employer that uses Ready People, this app won't be the right fit, and we're sorry for the confusion. — The Ready People team
0 star if possible
There is ONE identical button for clocking IN and OUT, with no clear indication of what action you are actually performing. No proper confirmation. No clear status. You are left guessing whether you have just clocked in or clocked out.
It does NOT clearly tell you whether you are starting or finishing a break. STILL. THE. EXACT. SAME. BUTTON. Even for breaks. How is this acceptable in any professional workplace?
If you clock in earlier than your rostered shift, even 30 minutes or an hour early, that time is simply NOT counted. Worse still, the app does not clearly display the exact time you clocked in. Employees have no way to verify their own hours.
Any company moving their staff to Ready People seriously needs to question who made that decision?! Whether it was truly in the best interests of employees, or for some other reason.
Completely unacceptable.
Useless Check in or out button at mixed up
Recurring Unavailabilities
I should be able to tell me employer that I am unavailable every (insert day) during a set time period, and also select a date for which this unavailability will expire.
Response from developer
Hi oscarbeech, Good news—this feature is now available! To set up your unavailability, go to My Details → Unavailability. Tap on Add Unavailability, and then you can create a recurring unavailability from there. If you don’t see the Unavailability option under My Details, this feature may not be activated for your organisation. It’s worth checking with them or reaching out to our support team through your employer’s Ready Workforce contact. — The Ready People Team

The old app was better
False app. Don’t work.
I look up the website to see if you can create a a account and it doesn't have that. It only shows you YouTube videos and small clips on how to start a work app network.
I don’t know how to create a account. I don’t know what the app is.
