Pretty Good, Could Be Better
Not what it once was, but glad it’s still here. The local “investigative” stories, in all sections of the paper, are what make it worthwhile.
Yes, the most up-to-date stories are 1.5-2 days old, but often contain more info that has been fleshed-out since the “headline” broke.
Other than that, experienced human proofreaders are desperately needed! It’s way too often that words/phrases get mucked-up because AI isn’t good enough and the stories from many other sources aren’t much better.
But I still enjoy reading the paper, albeit online.

Excellent Daily Experience
Now,that I’m retired,reading the daily newspaper has become my favorite part of the day! The absolute breeze of navigating through the pages,couldn’t get any easier. I love clicking on an article,to bring it up on my tablet screen. A quick x,and I’m back to the paper.
The added bonuses,too,make subscribing a NO BRAINER! I can read the USA Today,and multiple editions,from other states and cities. In my opinion,don’t change a thing. One last thing,Tracy Schumacher’s food/restaurant updates have a huge impact,in my weekly dining adventures. Thanks for everything…

Easy to read and like the alerts
The Sad Descent of Local Journalism
Less local news, and so many typographical errors. Who is doing the proofreading? I realize there are fewer people reading, and stretched budgets mean less time and money. But as the quality of local journalism goes down, fewer people are going to subscribe.
