Garbage
Chat notifications show up for OTHER teams. When our team does chat, can’t see it past the notification. Had to resort to just group text messages. Fix your crap!
Have had to resort to other apps
While the league we are in uses this app and service, it’s wicked painful for an experience. I’ve resorted to using an entirely different app Spond to manage our games, rsvp’d, communications etc. woefully ineffective for a club or even single team IMO.
Horrible-crashes every other day
I wish I could give this app a zero. This app has been such a pain! I’ve missed practices, went to practices canceled because the stupid app doesn’t update. I’ve literally installed and uninstalled it more than a dozen times. I would never recommend and wish our team used something else. Right now my messages on this app show empty and NO scheduled games for a soccer season we are in the middle of l. It’s so worthless.

Chat doesn’t work
I despise this app. I never get the chats so we miss game and practice updates. We uninstall and reinstall and it still doesn’t work. I wish our club used a different app.

Calendar sync only for Admin role?
As a parent and admin I have been able to sync calendars for practice and games. Why aren’t added family members or others who are part of the household able to sync? I don’t want to have granny be an admin.
Buggy - I’m a coach and can’t access my team roster or chat
Can see roster or chat with team. Was working for a few days now kaput.
Latest update makes it useless
The latest update appears to have wanted to simplify things. Under the calendar it no longer loads events and has an error message. After several days and deleting the app and then downloading it again it still doesn’t work. Messages no longer loads. The Teams feature that shows your Team is no longer there. Any of the main reasons you had to go into the app no longer work. The only way Demosphere is useable is via the web.

Very buggy
Haven’t been able to see games in both app and online on Demosphere- hosted website. Can only see chat function. Has always been buggy with calendar syncs- app is not recommended!
Painful
Our club uses this app and I’m told at the admin level it is fantastic. At the parent level it is painful. The calendar syncing doesn’t work, which is critical for us. I was told by their support team to use the Google calendar, which I didn’t want to do, but I did and found that it entered events multiple times! 😡 Useless. I resorted to manually entering the schedule into our family calendar app.
My other issue is that notifications don’t work consistently. So if there is a last minute change, I might miss it. We have shown up in the wrong uniform as a result.
I have talked to a few parents that have had no issues and we don’t know why.
But for me, the only way to use this is to open the app frequently and check if there are any updates or changes and then manually update my calendar.

Nice App
We appreciate the flexibility of the app and have used it several seasons with multiple soccer teams.
Much improved app!
I’ve been using this app for a while since my daughter belongs to SYC soccer. They have worked out a bunch of the previous kinks and the entire app is now much more user friendly and easy to use. The setup just feels natural - easy to navigate and lots of help along the way! We love how all family members can have the app and connect through there to see what’s going on.

Good app for multiple teams
I like the single calendar for all of my teams and the notifications when games change or fields close. Please add the option to track which uniform to wear for games.
Doesn’t alert you to new messages
Never alerts you when messages are sent. You have to open the app to see if anything was messaged. Very inconvenient. And yes I had notifications enabled. Still was a very faulty app.

Calendar
Not sure if this is specific to the app or a setting for the user who creates the events, but I would like the events/games to stay listed in the app after the games happen. The games disappear the next day and as a result they disappear from my calendar that I have synced. I would like the events to stay on my calendar after the event happens.

Needs Work
The calendar syncing function is very buggy. Either ends up with no sync or multiple entries in my calendar. Notifications for messages are also very unreliable. Typically have to go to the app to see if any new messages have been sent.
Works well for my teams
I can view both of my teams, see and sync my calendar events, navigate with waze, communicate with parents and coaches and i see now i can also register for new programs. Would like the ability to share photos with the team if possible.

Do not rely on this app
When they released the new app it got even worse. Drops team members. Messages do not send. Almost impossible to get correct info to all team members.
Terrible customer service. When I called they told me that they had too many complaints to even speak to me. That should say a lot!

Horrible app
The app never notifies you of messages and if you have the app open, it doesn’t show new messages. You have to completely close out the app for new messages to show. If the games/practice times get changed, it does not notify you. Complete waste of time.
