Well, as of January of 2017, this app is broken. After selecting an image it loads and shows a large version (which you can zoom) with a useless (not zoom able) thumbnail version above it. There's a Reset button, a Compare button and a Slider. Crank the slider and it appear to simply rearrange the luminance noise artifacts. I can't comment on any effect with color noise because the image I used had none. It saved the image just fine, but there was no appreciable improvement...Delete.
