Horrible app
This app is horrible. I mean the app itself may not be that bad but those running it never answer things. I get a response saying it’s been rerouted then closed because the dept it was routed to was invalid. Just adds to the frustration we have about Denton and how they run things. I have requests missing from my messages and it’s very poorly run and maintained. Save the tax dollars and allocate it elsewhere where it’s actually being used.

Won’t work
What is going on with this app?? I put I all info needed and I can’t go past the brief description page.
Not as smooth as Engage Denton
Little clunky. At first glance appears to have more categories than the old Engage app, but some categories are missing. Will not allow uploads directly from iPhone photo album, complaining that the format is not allowed (I am using JPG). The workaround for me appears to be to save the photo from album to files and upload to app from files. This is an unnecessary step, and is a bug, IMO. I often find I cannot pick a location as moving and dropping a pin on the map is finicky. I would say that this is a problem with the Apple map API, but I don’t have this problem in other apps.

Horrible App
I’m not sure who they contracted to write this app but setting up a basic profile is impossible. It links you to a website to get your account number that doesn’t exist and by the time you get an account number from downloading an invoice, the form won’t accept it even using the syntax they require by dropping a zero from the number. It won’t even allow you to add the dash that it’s telling you to type in and errors out. Fire whoever made this app and do better QA next time.

I knew what I had to say wasn’t necessarily something that was emergency based so I went to the 311 app and I found everything I needed to find right then and there. My form/request was filled out so quickly thank you so much to 311 🙌
