Apple Pay Doesn’t Work?
First time/day user of this app, just trying to pay a bill and thought I could bypass entering my credit card info into yet another app or website by using Apple Pay, however it gives me an error message every time I click on Apple Pay. Just used Apple Pay a couple days ago so I know it’s not Apple Pay… please fix this. I really don’t want to put my credit card info on yet ANOTHER app/website.

Glitchy
This app works, sometimes. It’s full of bugs and glitches. The new update sees to have made it worse.
Fix
You charge more for adding thru app then store but a gas station add pay turns my electric right back on while your app takes hours but you want more money right wish I could give negative stars
UI update unimprovements
I’m not sure how applications are degreasing as bad as they are. The big fancy MyUsage update looks decent. Pages take about 30-45 seconds to load on home WiFi. Buttons to access information doesn’t work. The account number displayed is everything but the account number that they use to get my bill. Can yall test the updates before release? I promise it’s not that hard.
