Deleting the app I used to like
Hate the mandatory passkey. I don’t store use password apps or wallets on phones.
App and Phone
This app has never functioned well since the very beginning. You never know which app to log in and then when you try it locks out your account. Also the phone bill pay system is also very poor. It doesn't give you enough time to input the info and then gets it wrong and eventually hangs up. This is the worst system both phone and app. I would think STEMC would be better when trying to pay. It takes FOREVER just to make a payment which I think you would make a simple easy method for. Terrible.

App is terrible
Takes forever to load and then never shows my account. Have to fight with it 3-4 times before it’ll actually load.
Horrible app
Takes forever to load and you are unable to get past the login page
