Why bother with an app

Useless. Doesn’t work. Usage graphs no longer work, constantly crashes, horrible interface. Just a waste of phone space. Avoid this epic FAIL of an app (and utility provider, if possible) as it doesn’t work.

Printing off the actual bill

Why is it so hard to find the actual bill that would be just like the one you would mail out. It’s like you dont want us to actually see it! Please, please make it easier so it doesnt take 29 minutes to find the print out!!!
