Buries the most useful data
Accessing current billing period data is extremely difficult. Accessing data for the last week or so is easy, but accessing unbilled data further back requires navigating to the full year of data and clicking on the unbilled bar in the bar chart. The data is all there but it’s extremely hard to find and user unfriendly. This works to further obfuscate their new demand charge. Supposedly these new demand regime is to empower the end user, but that does not work if we can’t easily access our usage.

Informative App
App works great, it is especially helpful to see graphing of usage and outside temp over the course of the day as I am making a very conscious effort to minimize energy usage during “peak” hours. Having the information easily accessible helps me understand my costs better.
No longer opens on my new iPad with newest IOS
This app has always worked for me until now. It will no longer open on my phone or my new iPad with the newest IOS. It’s useless now.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews, reading the comments I just assume it’s some Boomers not knowing how to navigate a simple app or update their phone. I like the app, I can track day to day usage, pay my bill, see my history of payments. Even report issues. It’s been great to see if my house is becoming more efficient with the changes I’ve done,
