I wish I could give zero stars.
App crashes as I’m sending my report to get some trees trimmed.
TSThe Other Serena
Useless
The app does not support reporting when trash or recycling is not picked up, which happens often. It would be very simple to add this functionality. I instead spent 7 minutes on the phone to report something that could be accomplished in seconds with a few clicks on the app.
LHLTC Hooah
Typical government incompetence
What a piece of junk. High school kid can write a better application. Also has horrible instructions that don't provide any solutions or guidance. What a waste to have administrators at the city of Charlotte who are ineffective.
RRockRand8
Horrible
I can’t even open this app. I try and for half a second it’s there, then the screen just goes to black. It’s useless!!

No water outage link
Pretty big disappointment.
Downloaded this app to report a water outage. There is no link. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes while continuously hearing to download this app for easier access to service, only to find that this app is missing key features.
