Don’t Bother With This App or the Website Because Both Are Worthless

I’ve tried paying my bill multiple times using this app and the website both and neither allow me to do so and I’m forced to call and pay by phone which incurs and extra fee every single time you opt or rather are forced into using this method. If I could rate my experience as 0 stars or better yet as my experience is negative every time I’d give it that rating. 1 star is far better than my experience has been any time I’ve attempted to pay in this manner.
