I am so sick of trying to go to my pool and being locked out. This app works about 20% of the time.
Not reliable, lacks needed features
The app has stopped logging when my door is unlocked/locked. I was told it’s because it has a dead battery. However, the app shows the battery is completely charged. This is concerning! Also, we should get push notifications on our phone whenever our door is unlocked by someone other than ourselves. I went into my log and saw that maintenance came in on a day they did not confirm with me - I would have known right away if push notifications were a feature. The app also doesn’t work half the time, it won’t unlock my door even when I’m standing right in front of it. All in all, it truly lacks safety features that are necessary for apartment residents.

The app itself can be pretty buggy and crash frequently but honestly my biggest gripe is its lack of accessibility. There should be CarPlay connectivity for opening main gates to properties so we don’t need to pull our phones out for access
Worst app ever.
Never works, has to close and re open each time I want to use. Run !
Faulty App
Logs not properly loading and none connection barely works when trying to change pin.
