When I signed up for this company, I signed up for a certain amount per kilowatt and I also understand TTU delivery charges are separate on top of the price quoted when I got my first bill. It was totally not what I signed up for, but we had gone on vacation and that’s what even made it more. Unbelievable Voice that no one was home for over 2 1/half weeks so I missed the opportunity to back out so I called her. Customer Service was rudely talked to hung up got the bill and I thought that would be my most expensive bill since I’ve lived here in 2010, but unfortunately, two months later I got a bill over $500. This company tells you one thing but bills you another and then act like you never did your research since I was with them over three years because I couldn’t get out of my contract I have dumped them and I suggest before you sign up with this company you do your homework.
