Won’t recognize my location

This app continually insists that I live in TEXAS. I live in PA, very frustrating

Very simple and easy to use always able to log in and pay my bill no problem

The app is just as good as their services, absolutely amazing.

Useless for payments

Have been trying to pay my electric bill since last night but as soon as I submit the payment it reroutes me as a new costumer. I even tried on safari and it does the same thing. Hope this issue gets fixed soon. The point of the app is to Make it user friendly for your consumers.
