Login doesn’t work
Whether it’s the app or the website, every time I attempt to login it says “logging out” and returns me to the login page. Not sure if it’s the company or just me but it’s very aggravating.

Logged me out. And won’t let me log back in. I’ve tried everything. I called multiple times and was told basically just “use the website”
App issue
I’m so frustrated with this app. Haven’t been able to login all day. Constantly have issues with it and you claim that no one else is having issues. Not true!!!!
Never leaving!
I love how user friendly the app is, how helpful customer service is, and how versatile the plan options are. I’ve been with Green Mtn for years and never plan on leaving!
