This company stole money out of my account by overcharging me and will not refund it. Will be filing a report and finding another energy provider. 😡😡
Run! Do not use this company
I really regret choosing this power company without thorough investigation. They are just like fraudsters. My electricity bill is outrageously high every month, and sometimes I receive two different bills in one month. My monthly electricity usage is usually around 1,500 watts. There were several months when they charged me over 400 or 500. The electricity usage is the same every month, but the bills vary greatly.

Pointless
Every time I try and login it sits in the loading screen and never moves past it. I deleted it, redownloaded it, I got to login once, and after that it did the exact same thing. Completely pointless.
