Internet problems
Your app and online internet is having bad problems. It loading too way long. I might will switch to different company if this still doesn’t work right and will not recommend to anyone. Because that’s no excuse smh. I am a new customer I’m kinda regretting joining this account. Please don’t give me a hard time. Don’t disappoint me. But I will give it a month and see how it goes…

Worst app ever
This is the worse app I have ever used. It needed an update about 10 years ago. It didn’t allow u to make future payments and freezes all the time!! At this point I don’t even think the company cares what we think about the app because it often asks u to rate it and provide feedback but nothing ever happens. I will definitely be leaving this company when my term is up. I need better options when trying to make payments.

App is not loading fast enough. Wanted to see my bill but taking forever to load and use !
App never works
I have not been able to sign in to pay my bill for at least the past 6-8 months. Not sure what is going on but it would be helpful to have it fixed because it has been a pain looking for the website to go and pay my bill! Please fix it to make it easier on us! Thank you!
App doesn’t work
When I open the app, it just has the loading symbol. I set my phone’s auto lock setting at 5 mins to see if the app would ever load & it never did…in 5 minutes! Terrible app from a freaking internet service provider! How is that even possible?
