Horrible app
At this point it’s time for us to take actions to get this app out of all institutions! There’s way too many problems, and from the reviews I’m reading they’re not attempting to better the app for us ! We shouldn’t have to keep giving our money , and nothing’s properly working ! Sadly whatever facilities currently using this , it’s the only way of communication!

Clearly a rookie team put this app together.
The sign-up process for this app is absolutely abysmal. In a day and age where turne-key apps have become the norm, this is exactly the opposite of that. For families already dealing with difficult life situations, the designers of this app have not made it better, in fact, they’ve made it worse. Very letdown.

Sucks in the beginning it was the best place to video visit on iPad it doesn’t load the gist and redirects you to the facility page each time the video does not connect
Frustrated
This app makes you login over and over again and you never get to the area your trying to go then when you finally gets there it’s so glitchy you don’t want to use it . It’s total BS and don’t make no sense.
Garbage
This app is legit garbage af. It doesn’t save your login credentials so you have to log in every time you’re doing something like adding to the commissary, it doesn’t save the person who’s selected and does save your form of payment and billing info.. did a blind monkey code this?
