Horrible app
At this point it’s time for us to take actions to get this app out of all institutions! There’s way too many problems, and from the reviews I’m reading they’re not attempting to better the app for us ! We shouldn’t have to keep giving our money , and nothing’s properly working ! Sadly whatever facilities currently using this , it’s the only way of communication!

Clearly a rookie team put this app together.
The sign-up process for this app is absolutely abysmal. In a day and age where turne-key apps have become the norm, this is exactly the opposite of that. For families already dealing with difficult life situations, the designers of this app have not made it better, in fact, they’ve made it worse. Very letdown.

Sucks in the beginning it was the best place to video visit on iPad it doesn’t load the gist and redirects you to the facility page each time the video does not connect
Frustrated
This app makes you login over and over again and you never get to the area your trying to go then when you finally gets there it’s so glitchy you don’t want to use it . It’s total BS and don’t make no sense.
Garbage
This app is legit garbage af. It doesn’t save your login credentials so you have to log in every time you’re doing something like adding to the commissary, it doesn’t save the person who’s selected and does save your form of payment and billing info.. did a blind monkey code this?

You would think jailing systems would have a better way for communicating.
Bugs
It was working fine for the first 2 days when i started my video calls but suddenly my phone is stuck in portrait mode on every video call and my camera doesn’t recognize correct pay as a video call app to where I can turn the portrait mode off. I can never connect to a call straight from the app i always have to go through safari and its annoying

Can’t see anything but a black screen on video visits. My boyfriend can see me and the audio works fine but I see nothing. Occasionally a still frame of myself pops up on the screen. But most of the time it’s black. Really sucks since in person visits have ceased. This is the only way I can see him and I can’t even see him. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fix it please

Garbage
The only thing that works in this app is the stupid AI chat feature. Naturally. Of course that works, even though it isn’t very helpful. I have deleted and reinstalled three times, as instructed. Still, nothing works. I can’t even visit the tech support site because it, too, is broken. I was using the website previously, and although it is also basically trash, at least it somewhat functions. I don’t know who designed this system, but seriously. I hope you didn’t go to college for this kind of thing, because education clearly failed you.

Have you ever used a website before?
The app just redirects you to their website and the website feels like it was designed by a person who has never used a website before in their life. It is one of the most frustrating sites I’ve ever used. Ever. Every time I use it.
Clunky but Useable
There’s no other options in Florida to send commissary money, so it’s almost a waste of time to complain. But people need to be aware of how clumsy and non-user friendly this app is. Even JPay was better. The most annoying thing is that it doesn’t save prior session information. Despite having the feature buttons to save state, institution, inmate name and credit card details…you have to go through the entire process and have your card in hand every time you want to send money.
Even the small annoying check box approval before sending is hidden below the actual approval button. So every time you put all the information in and then see the “submit” button? You can’t submit until you scroll down to the stupid check box where ANOTHER different submit button is!? Like I said, it functions, and why complain. But I will still give it two stars and say it operates as if it’s a middle school computer project.

WONT VERIFY NUMBER
Won't VERIFY number and unable to report the problem thru the app
Not very good app
Downloaded to message a friend would not let me verify my phone number. Went to website and setup everything and have valid validate account phone id etc. tried app again gave me same error trying to verify phone number “something went wrong”. Guess will just use website
