I’ve tried for over a week to log in on the mobile app and it keeps saying network error. I updated, uninstalled reinstalled and restarted my

Can’t send messages

It’s been over a week now that I haven’t been able to send a message. I can’t get ahold of ANYONE in customer support. It’s impossible to get anyone on the line. The app says I don’t have enough stamps to send a message. I have 14 stamps. 10 of which I just bought for the specific contact I’m trying to message. Been checking daily for an update for the app.. nothing.
