Tons of technical difficulties trying to get stated, the company employees don’t care. The families of the loved ones in jail pay the price.

All of a sudden I stopped receiving calls I have deleted the app the number is not blocked, customer service tried to help but still it didn’t help. It rings on there end but not my end

Poor Technology

Making people jump through multiple hoops for different forms of communication in a poorly developed app is asinine. Get your program together or allow onsite visitation.
