What a joke

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. I put money on my brother’s commissary, and it never made it to his commissary. He got transferred and I had to wait for his new account to be set up. While we are waiting, they transferred my money for my communications account to some kind of generalized account. Then I’ve been trying to get customer service to fix this for a week.. Then I’m trying to download my drivers license so I can finally talk to my brother and they keep refusing my drivers license. In the meantime, I put more money on my account. And I’m trying to respond to my brother and I can’t even communicate. So you call customer service to get a refund and they treat you like a Criminal. Then the money that was transferred to the generalized account. I had to call an another company that I never dealt with. To get them to give me my refund back. The next customer service rep was completely hateful and short. Somebody needs to come up with a better system. App what a joke.

I have been trying to reach my son because is GrandMother passed. Every time I try to reach out it says it’s blocked and I can’t get in touch with him at all. I tried to use Help no resolution very disappointed.!

Pictures

I used to be able to send my Uncle pictures in my camera roll like recipe pictures and pictures of me and my husband and my cat and pictures. I had taken over the week but now I can only send him a picture that I take on my camera right away. It won’t let me upload a picture from my camera roll anymore, even though the option is still there.
