How does this work

I don’t understand this app can someone explain to me how this works ? Because when I go to enter in the phone number and pin I have it says incorrect phone number and pin. so is this for inmate use only or what?

Horrible App

This app alerts you sometimes 12 times a hour during your curfew time , mine is midnight to 10am it goes off like a alarm clock every 5 minutes you have to check in I thought it was GPS based ? I guess not because it constantly wants you to check in when it should know where you are. You will not get any sleep , I sent over 10 emails to complain about this and have never gotten a response , good luck if you use it you will have bad health because you not going to get any sleep
