If I can give 0 stars I would! Let me start off by saying the service is no good! Hangs up repeatedly and when we talk all you hear is echo!!! I also feel like the app should be easy to maneuver if everything was in one spot! It was difficult to add a contact!

Whatever update yall did is horrible. I never had so many issues with this app before. When you open it it’s loading for forever and then closes out
Terrible Call Quality.
The new Securus tablets are absolutely horrible. Ever since they switched to these new tablets, all I hear is constant static during the calls. It’s extremely difficult to hear the other person or even have a normal conversation. Even though the calls are free, the quality should still be good enough to actually communicate. The old system was much better. These new tablets are the worst and Securus really needs to fix the sound quality and connection issues.

There is so much I dislike. Gtl has messages all in one location like text messages. It takes much longer to send a message now. No notifications so I don’t even know when I get a message. It’s harder to respond. Service sucks. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!

This app is horrible. The customer service takes about 30 minutes to get to a human being. People only use it because our loved ones are locked up.

I’ve been writing prison gals for over 25 years. It’s tons of fun. Where else can you have more than one, two or five GF’s at the same time? With Securus it is easy to write and get letters back. In years past I was using the postal service to write and receive letters that was much slower. With Securus Debit I’m able to fund the pen pals media do they can watch videos and listen to music. I’m most pleased with the Securus service.

I think it’s good that you provide this service. I wish the headphones were better quality for the price we as family pay for them. And I wish you would look into Christian’s programs like K-Love radio and Bible studies. This would lean more towards self improvement for the offender programs. Thank you
