Can’t log in
I’ve tried for over a week to log in on the mobile app and it keeps saying network error. I updated, uninstalled reinstalled and restarted my
Phone. As well as cleared storage from my phone. Still can’t get in.

Can’t send messages
It’s been over a week now that I haven’t been able to send a message. I can’t get ahold of ANYONE in customer support. It’s impossible to get anyone on the line. The app says I don’t have enough stamps to send a message. I have 14 stamps. 10 of which I just bought for the specific contact I’m trying to message. Been checking daily for an update for the app.. nothing.

This app has a lot of bugs needs to be improved.
Push Notifications
We are not receiving push notifications on our phones when new messages arrive. Instead, we only receive email notifications. While the emails do notify us, they are not as convenient and quickly become overwhelming. We would much prefer to receive push notifications through the Securus app, as that is a faster and more practical way to know when a new message has been received. Could you please help us resolve this issue?

I recorded 3 videos and all 3 didnt go through so i stopped trying frustrated.

My account seems to be blocked. I can’t get my calls
App fails
App has been failing for a few weeks now. “Network issue, please try again later” and it’s not the problem with my phone, it’s the service.
I give up
Being the only way to communicate with somebody that’s incarcerated in a state penitentiary it’s nearly impossible to get an account registered. If you have a problem try to call after 2 1/2 hours you spend online or on the phone they just hang up. It’s a repeated and common practice. Look it up online. I’ve been trying for a month to be able to speak with my better half with no success worst company ever worst product ever way to go judges fund your pockets well make sure no one can. Communicate.

Won’t Accept Any Cards
Tried every card I have and it keeps saying unsupported. I’ve called my bank and it’s not an issue on their end. According to Reddit this is a common problem for Securus. Very disappointing.
Updates don’t fix anything
After the mayor update to add FaceTime like calls everything has gone down. FaceTime calls have never worked for us, I’ve called the customer service they say he needs to add me as a visitor on the jail list kiosk when my husband asks the jail they tell him it’s not true that their is not visitor list he needs to add me. Emessages keep getting lost he’ll receive my message and attached stamped yet I don’t get his reply even tho it’ll say I’ll have two emessages only one shows up I’ve lost 3 messages from him and 4 stamps from messages he never got with attached reply stamps. The app keeps doing this little “updates” every couple weeks that have not fixed anything.

Only works if it decides it wants to work
This app is so glitchy and its service chat does nothing to help when you have questions on how to navigate or fix an issue. One minute I’m messaging my significant other and the literal next minute the app glitches and I am unable to message them for the next couple of hours. App has no consistency.

Something is not working
I really don’t have good reviews about this. I have a stamp unable to use it. Also it’s not allowing the advanced connect. I’m still pending after two months. This app is not helpful. Actually it’s just money and time consuming not allowing me to use the app correctly
Creating account
I’d love to use this app but it won’t let me create an account everytime it either says there’s an error or it won’t let me press next and I’m really frustrated Im not sure what to do can someone please get back to me
New Update Problems
Only issue is the new update ruined the video feature making the volume really low, now I need headphones to hear the video call… Please correct this feature. I own 3 iPhones and 1 iPhone audio doesn’t even work anymore…
the constant updates
i use this app a few times a month yet everytime i open it, i'm prompted to update it before it will open. highly annoying.
