The service has been so horrible from muffled calls to dropped call and sometime note even receiving them

The app keeps telling me there is a network error haven’t been able to log in for months now!

Extremely difficult to navigate compared to other apps they’ve had. County’s aren’t there in certain options they should really be better organized with it

I’ve been using this app for over 1.5 years and have never had any issues until recently. I’ve tried logging in multiple times, but when I press sign in, a page pops up, asking me to confirm your age. When I press OK it simply stays on the login page.
And a “access denied” pops up stating the age confirmation but I can’t confirm the age if I can’t get into the app?!
I’ve already changed my password, and confirmed amazing the correct email and password so that is not the issue.
Also try going online to advance for my inmates tablet/phone calls. I was able to select the correct inmate, able to put in my payment information, but when I confirmed payment, it kept saying incorrect card info/deposit restriction— the information was all correct so the website is currently not working as well.
I’m experiencing technical difficulties For both the app and the website. Because of these issues. I’m currently unable to add funds through either the app and website.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with the services in over 1.5 years. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible, as I need to be able to access the app in advance to my inmates tablet and phone calls.

Video sound plays through ear speaker too quiet
They changed something and now the sound on video calls plays through the ear speaker instead of the loud speaker. I can't hear anything he says it's too quiet. I can't put my ear to the phone when i'm trying to see a video. I don't want to use headphones because inhave multiple visitors on the video and we all want to hear each other. They give me no way to report the issue. Please play the sound through the loud speaker on the phone not the ear piece. I can't hear him anymore.

The app will not work. It keeps locking me out saying my pin isn’t correct. I’ve had the same account for several years now and never had an issue until now. Why do things have to be difficult. Definitely not an app I will use anymore!

Always having issues With the app
Can’t load
Keeps saying network issue please try again later this has been going on for months I have deleted reinstalled I have the latest version I have cleaned out my cache nothing works I have tried. Never had this problem before the last update

I got an iPhone n been having nothing but issues with this stupid app I write u can’t see the screen where u are writing so I have to go back n reread whole letter n fix mistakes n it don’t save to drafts n constantly times me out n signs me out in middle of letter without saving in drafts like it used to do I just spent an hour writing my loved one cuz I had to go back n forth just about to hit send n bam timed out n signed me off n whole hour letter that was very very long just gone I tried to reach out to customer service n keep getting it don’t understand question the stars just keep slowly going down on this review

The worst app I’ve ever used out of all the other ones drop calls, static calls, robot voice echo sound no sound skipping sounds choppy voice video call are terrible are not working currently WiFi features not reliable enough mostly under Pleasant Valley State prison coalinga ca expressive one time single use 7.99 music and movie prices

Verify age
I keep getting an access denied and I don’t know how to verify my page if you won’t even let me in the damn app. I go to JPay and it lets me verify my age but it doesn’t transfer over the securus there has to be a better way to do this wtf

Worst app ever!
It’s more than unfortunate that our county in Texas uses this horrible app! The descriptions of the options are confusing, to put it mildly. Need help? The chat robot knows very little. Neither chat nor the phone number will allow a conversation with a human. If you email your questions, all you get in response is a message telling you to go back to the app and go through the whole cycle again. A person is already under stress with having a loved one in jail without having to deal with this ridiculous app! I have had occasion to engage with this kind of service in Louisiana and it was a piece of cake. This makes me wonder who in Harris County thought this awful app should get the contract with its jails.
