3 because

I dislike that you are getting rich while charging families such ridiculous amounts of money with minimal services that are insanely priced.

Damn thing does not work

I have an account set up that I have used before in the past when someone I know has been incarcerated and it worked OK ever since then it just doesn’t work. It took my money, but it won’t work.

Network Errors

For the past several months, all I get are Network Errors even after I deleted and reinstalled the app. It no longer works.

Poor service

No service, call drops, poor quality

For my loved ones

Always Issues

This app never works! It’s trash-the IT team needs to do better! I liked GTL

Text Connect

I am unable to see what I am texting after the 3rd line. It wasn't like this before the last update.

Connection sucks. I hate it can’t talk to my husband at all

The service really really sucks. I haven’t been able to talk to my husband right there’s always echoes and drop calls or we can’t hear each other.

Cheap and great

Best app ever

Trash

This app hardly ever works. Yet still widely used. Taking advantage of incarcerated people and their loved ones. The millions made, vs what they spend to upkeep this is so disrespectful

Broken

Cannot login to app. Says ”network error” been over a month. Have had to use the website instead and that doesn’t allow sending videos

Messages

Sometimes email delivery is very very slow.

The phone calls

The phone calls are absolutely terrible. 3 stamps for a few sentences are high.

No face recognition

It used to be easy to log onto the website now once your password every single time it asked for you to accept your facial recognition

This is bs

When I went to update the app this time it cost me 25$ to update this time cause it wanted me to update my card info and as soon as I did it took 25.98 out of my account. Why did it do that? I spend alot of money on this app and for it to charge me 25 to update it is ridiculous

Securus app

Wish it could be more detailed on video visits not sure how to do that but everything else is great!

Disappointing

Family’s get 1 video visit a month and in 3 months we be seen him for 36 seconds. Then systems failed. It’s scheduled for 60 mins on my end and 30 mins on his end. How does that even make sense. The company states how important it is to them and their loved ones yet problems aren’t getting resolved. The upgrade was not an upgrade at all. Always get system failed when trying to set up a visit or adding money. Try later. Delete app and reinstall. Which does not help. It’s all frustrating and very unfortunate for families and friends.

Wtf

Why can’t I buy stamps why did u rest my account?!

Unfortunately Israeli

This Israeli-owned company raises several serious concerns. It fails to clearly disclose the availability of key services such as video calls, yet still allows users to deposit non-refundable funds without informing them that those funds may be unusable for video communications or other features. The pricing is excessively high, and it is troubling that a foreign company maintains such a dominant position over inmate communication services in American correctional facilities, thereby controlling how citizens can contact their own family members and loved ones.
