Terrible app
App is never accurate, often tells me that the bus is on time when it’s 15 minute past pick up. There’s also no way to update or change password so I’ve been unable to login for the past year. I have to text my husband who has access to the app, but isn’t the one standing with the kids at the bus stop.

Potential failure
When app functions it’s decent. Whether the app not working 4 out of 5 days is the apps fault or the driver I don’t know. I do know the app has difficulties finding ky students or remaining logged in on a regular basis
Routes never work
Our school district uses this for bus tracking, but the routes are always down and it hardly ever works. I have actually given up hope on ever opening it and it actually showing us where the bus is. Our district keeps trying to work with the company, but no resolution is coming about.
