Potential failure
When app functions it’s decent. Whether the app not working 4 out of 5 days is the apps fault or the driver I don’t know. I do know the app has difficulties finding ky students or remaining logged in on a regular basis
Routes never work
Our school district uses this for bus tracking, but the routes are always down and it hardly ever works. I have actually given up hope on ever opening it and it actually showing us where the bus is. Our district keeps trying to work with the company, but no resolution is coming about.

Some of the location data are not accurate, Its probably not a problem with peoples wifi but its probably a bug inside of the application

I just downloaded this app because I need to know when my bus comes but it won’t even let me find my school district I hate it don’t download it

The app works but sometimes it doesn’t I missed the bus so many times because of this app it tells me it’s in the same spot then tells me I missed the bus just for my bus to come and I missed it bc I thought I wasn’t coming it never tells me where the bus is or I don’t see the lil yellow thingy sometimes. But it does work most of the times it has its errors

Does not work
It’s January and the app still does not load my child’s information. We verified with the school and they said it’s an issue with the app. It used to let us log in but said “no child found”. Now we can’t even log in. It sure would be helpful in the cold January weather to know when the bus will arrive.

This is impossible!
The lagging made the bus go glitching. There is no images with that, PLEASE FIX IT!
Worthless App!
The app doesn’t even show the location of the bus. It’s not up to date on delays. The website is a better resource for bus location and delays.
Very helpful when working
Extremely buggy and laggy. Simply down fairly frequently. When working the bus location sometimes doesn’t update for 5 or even 10 minutes. When working still lags but anywhere between 20 seconds to a minute or two. Bottom line: better than nothing.
What changed?
I don’t know how this app went from working perfectly last year to being completely inaccurate this year. I relied on this daily last year & have just given up on it this year as it is never right. I’ve wasted so much time at the bus stop.
Inaccurate
It does not keep up with the correct bus route, it only tracks the bus and it seems that they switch up buses quite often. Making it very difficult for me or family to keep up with our child.
Horrible
This app doesn’t fit iPhone. When I try to update password it doesn’t allow me because it doesn’t fit. It has the potential to be really good but honestly it’s NOT good at all. Especially if you want to use it!! Fix this or get another company

The app barely works. Not sure why schools use the app. Lots of bugs. Don’t think QA tests the versions before they are released.
