I can’t log in to the website or the app. I get a 403 forbidden exception.
This app is the worse
I recently downloaded the app used it to lock my card because the previous month snap benefits had been stolen. Now the app isn’t working and I can’t even unlock my card. And you can’t unlock it on the website. And the number on the back of the card doesn’t even work anymore
Waste Of Space
The app doesn’t work don’t waste your time adding the app just use the website

The app is even more useless then the web page.
We need to be able to easily upload documents, which we can’t. Which requires us to visit the office in person wasting tons of energy and time.

Not helpful at all
I put in an application and changes have not received the results four months ago the system has not made caseworker aware can’t get the PDF to show up not useful tools
