I can’t log in to the website or the app. I get a 403 forbidden exception.
This app is the worse
I recently downloaded the app used it to lock my card because the previous month snap benefits had been stolen. Now the app isn’t working and I can’t even unlock my card. And you can’t unlock it on the website. And the number on the back of the card doesn’t even work anymore

Not helpful at all
I put in an application and changes have not received the results four months ago the system has not made caseworker aware can’t get the PDF to show up not useful tools

Horrible update they have. New portal or something like that and now I can't log in using my phone 403 forbidden code even on the website they need to fix that

This app is horrible. I’m not sure if it’s the upgrade or whoever made it but it’s confusing. I keep trying to see how to check notices and I can’t. 😒
Useless
This app is so confusing and difficult to navigate. I tried to use it to renew my daughter’s medical benefits, but it is a waste of time I can’t figure out how to use it

This app really is horrible. It’s never up-to-date and it really has as bad as people who work in the office and nothing gets handled. It stays out of date and then when you updated it, it messed up.

If they’re not going to take the time to update the app, they should just get rid of it. There is absolutely no helpful information on the app or the actual website. For a government app, this is one of the worst.
HELP FOR THE AGEING
I recently moved and went from Paying Less rent to more expensive rent. I submitted the change in the income and expenses, waiting patiently for someone to look at my case but God knows when will that be Covid really messed up a lot.
Pointless
I’ve never seen an app so pointless and useless until I came across this one. You cannot access anything. There’s no reason to have this app its truly as useless app and whoever is over this app team needs to be fired everyone.
MORE THAN DISGRACEFUL & PROBLEMATIC
This is very disturbing. I guess because they work for the state government, so nobody cares and watchers them. I have a situation of disability for about 4 years now and I showed this people evidences in Douglas County, GA. There’s a white lady at the front desk that will not even take all the informations you’re providing. She seems to look at the faces and cares not. This is my 3rd time of approaching them with more complicated situations and letters from my doctors.
They do nothing, because nobody watches them and so they care not, except their families.

Chaotic and problematic!!
Absolutely agree with the negative reviews. There’s no excuse to have this many and not correct the issues whatsoever. I can never get in touch with the correct person for my concerns or questions and the app currently will not let me access my account- I hit log in after entering my info and it does nothing, just sits idle on the log in screen. All state of Ga systems are problematic and out of date. The technical process should be simplified. Do better.

Only a Government Agency could survive providing a App that is so difficult. I feel for those who are elderly or in need that turn to this for help etc.
DISGRACEFUL & PROBLEMATIC
This app is just as bad as the people in the offices…..uninformative, little to no help on issues that are frequently happening amongst users which makes an issue in the entire system from caseworkers, and within the system which reflects the issues we end up having with automated communication and what’s supposed to technology. The sad part is people have jobs and don’t do them and IF we’re ever able to speak with them they can never help what’s the purpose I’m in this situation because I’m disabled by an illness I along with others do not deserve to be disrespected or looked over when problems arise in this system!!
