Making a payment is atrocious
I attempt to make a payment on the website and enter all information in, press submit, and it resets and asks me what country. I download the app thinking it will improve the transaction. Nope, exact same thing. I had to give this app a 1*, but it doesn’t even deserve that. Why have an app if it does the exact same things as a website? Or is it just for data tracking purposes? This app is garbage.

App does not accept CVV code for billing payment. Tried deleting and re-adding app. No use.
Doesn’t load my account
First time I’m logging in and it consistently says “Loading accounts” and then has an error code. I’ve restarted the app 3 times. Garbo.
Easy to view and pay all of my accounts
I have multiple accounts with Direct Energy and now I can have them all logged in together - that’s a huge time-saved and I don’t gotta keep logging out and logging back in. I can easily see and manage all my bills right on my phone - I like it!
Way easy to use
Has all the information I need and love the Face ID log in versus the website. Very easy to get to and pay my bill
