User reviews

Unusable

They must not want feedback on the city… the app isn’t compatible to my relatively new device!

Latest update breaks compatibility with iOS < 26

The latest *required* version breaks compatibility with all versions of iOS under 26, including 16, 17, and 18 which are all actively supported by Apple.

App team: go back and fix your system requirements in Xcode. This is junior level dev work, and you’re failing at it.

App Upgrade

No update available when you go to App Store

Can’t update

If you don’t have iso 26 you can’t use the app any more, completely pointless app now

Doesn’t appear to be used by the city….

Reported a huge broken tree thru the app as recommended by the 311 operator I spoke to over the phone the last time I needed to report something similar, but days later nothing has been responded to. Phoned it in and they say there is no record despite giving the number assigned thru the app. Total waste? Not happy about sharing contact info with who knows who…
