TakeETS.com

TakeETS.com is in the link section of this app but there is no direction given to use this feature. Wish the trip planning was actually inside the app, if it is already, I don’t see it. Also, the C of E website talks about an app that integrates On Demand service…is that supposed to be this app? I can’t attach a screenshot here but it says “If you want to plan a trip that includes a connection between On Demand
Transit and the regular transit network, the third-party Transit app will provide options.” ….but the link to the app is empty. People should know though, on demand service is unavailable in most of the city.

Shameful

This is taxpayers money out to poor use. Who’s responsible? Ultimately the public is for not holding administration and elected officials responsible.

I wish there was a “fire individual” button… developers, project mangers, designers, ETS management, anyone who might be proud of being involved in such a poor product. “We tried” shouldn’t be an excuse to build something so awful.

The City of Edmonton doesn’t provide a decent way to provide decent, constructive feedback (ever try 311, or the 311 app) for anything that truly affects the citizens.

I was born in Edmonton and am ashamed I live here. Does this app represent the City? What if we thought about each civic project as a reflection of who we are? How could we give citizens pride in the place the call home? What if there was true consultation and innovation?

“Go Flames!” might get council and admin and the developers of this junk motivated to better?
