Won’t recognize my location
This app continually insists that I live in TEXAS. I live in PA, very frustrating

Useless for payments
Have been trying to pay my electric bill since last night but as soon as I submit the payment it reroutes me as a new costumer. I even tried on safari and it does the same thing. Hope this issue gets fixed soon. The point of the app is to Make it user friendly for your consumers.
Real customer
Direct Energy has given our family the best of the best customer service and cheapest rates. They have exceeded all expectations. We used to pay $250 per month In an apartment, they have cut it in half for a whole house.

This is one of the worst apps ever. All it does is continuously make you sign in.
Awful app that barely works
It’s kinda incredible just how terribly made this app is. I can’t even pay with my debit card now because it says the bank account information was wrong despite me not selecting to pay with a bank account. I could deal with it never saving my card info for future use (despite me selecting the option EVERY TIME), but this is unacceptable. Can’t even pay my bill now and I have to go out of my way to do it on the computer. I mean seriously who’s the people pushing out the updates? Vibe coders? It must be because the level of incompetence it takes to completely break the most vital functionality of an app takes some genuine lack of care and/or brains.

Bright boost gone?!
I just got my bill and decided to use the bright points rewards I had towards it. I logged in to the app and the bright boost points is not showing up. What is going on. I earned those points I should be able to use them especially since I just earned some this month due it being the month I was born. I checked my email to see if there was a warning about if bright points were going away, but it shows nothing. Is this some mess up with the app, what is going on?
