When I signed up for this company, I signed up for a certain amount per kilowatt and I also understand TTU delivery charges are separate on top of the price quoted when I got my first bill. It was totally not what I signed up for, but we had gone on vacation and that’s what even made it more. Unbelievable Voice that no one was home for over 2 1/half weeks so I missed the opportunity to back out so I called her. Customer Service was rudely talked to hung up got the bill and I thought that would be my most expensive bill since I’ve lived here in 2010, but unfortunately, two months later I got a bill over $500. This company tells you one thing but bills you another and then act like you never did your research since I was with them over three years because I couldn’t get out of my contract I have dumped them and I suggest before you sign up with this company you do your homework.

This company is a scam
had a disappointing experience with this company. When I signed the contract, the price per kWh was reasonable, but later I noticed the rate increased without any clear notice or communication. Transparency in pricing is very important, and this change broke my trust. I will be paying the $150 cancellation fee and moving my business to another provider. I hope the company improves its communication and billing practices in the future.

Cannot even view any information in the app due to it crashing as soon as I log in. Tried restarting phone, deleting and redownloading app, opening from internet link every time it just crashes before I’m able to do anything in the app. Needs fixing asap as I’m sure others have had this problem as well

Crash on login
The app crashes as soon as I get logged in. I obviously get into my account and it begins to show my information and then immediately crashes. No issues on the browser website after login, so it’s definitely app specific

Can’t use app
Just signed up and the app does nothing but crash (latest ios - 26.1) Every subsequent time you open it to try again it crashes after entering credentials.
Also, the convenience of face ID is offset because of having to enter your email manually. You should be able to login solely by opening the app and having face ID auto-run

App is crashing upon logging in and not showing the details and i have tried restarting my iphone and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works. Not sure whats causing this.

App does not update usage often enough and Face ID does not work each time. No support after hours either. Would rate zero stars…
App stopped working.
The app doesn’t work anymore and the company expects us to find an alternative and more expensive way to pay our bills. I’m glad my contract is ending.

Literally no customer service & I can’t use the app either - keeps asking for right password then can’t even change it because says the new one is wrong. Also can’t find a telephone number directly to them / keep getting people that work for companies to find you a service. Give up!!!! The original app was straight forward so why change what worked.
