App is convenient
The app is great. Prices however are horrible.
“An outage is effecting your area, no expected repair time”
Complete over night outage and just a plain oh well, there’s no one employed to fix it during this time so everyone’s completely blacked out of access. If every app wasn’t fluffed full of botted reviews you’d see more of this well we are the only service available in your area monopoly behavior going on. When are city ordinances going to get serious everyday conveniences and laws like they once were. This is unacceptable. If I was working remote I could be fired or miss a day of work because they don’t want to fill and pay for on call employees
