Great service
I have sprectrum thru my apartment. It includes everything tv, apps and more. I recently open my account with them and I was able to get my new phone with them. No contracts and it was fast and easy to apply.
Day 1 outage
Day 1 outage… worked for few hours then not sure what happened overnight. No service in the morning. Model is blinking blue and router is red after many ties to connect. App failed to fix.
Seniors choice
We all need a discount in a senior living complex. Hope a company can help all complexes:)
Doesn't work most of the time
App doesn't let you restart motem or router, always forced to manually do it and it still has issues. Internet is down most of the time. Tired of paying for a internet service that rarely works.

I’ve always been with Spectrum back when it was Time Warner I left because I was spending too much money on cable. I am so happy to be back to my familiar channels.

Been with them since the jump, they are always hands on and there to help. Quick to send out if there is a chance I can’t understand troubleshooting over the phone. Thanks for being there and being my provider, spectrum!

I have Spectrum at the Summit where I live. I appreciate the specialty apps provided. I enjoy Paramount, Disney, Hulu, HBO and more.

, I went to a spectrum location and they said that they couldn’t take my payment.😏
Easy to use app
I don’t have trouble at all using the app to make payments. I am not technical savvy at all. A few times I had to pay late fees because I can’t use the apps it’s so frustrating. I love the app and spectrum customer service.
Monopoly
Spectrum worse internet hands down. But they know how to monopolize entire neighborhoods like mine so you have no other choice.

They removed the ability to download or share your “printable statement” directly on the app. Viewing a “printable statement” simply shows you the statement with the option to zoom in or out. If I can’t save the file or share it via email/airdrop/text then it’s not printable because there’s no way to get the statement into pdf format for printing. Why would they remove this feature??
