Keeps freezing and locking up

I have iPad 9 and iOS 26.5, but this is brutal. It locks up and freezes constantly. Others are complaining but you do not fix. I am video taping performance on phone and sending video to your management directly because you are taking payment to do a job but not doing it. That “please contact us on xyz for further assistance” is outrageous. You would not tolerate such behavior from a service you paid for, nor should you, nor will I.

Just when you think you can rely on something you pay for, here comes spectrum to SCREW YOU OVER
DURING THE WORLD CUP SEMI FINAL. I HATE YOU SPECTRUM and will be cancelling. You could not possibly suck more. I literally PAY FOR THIS SHAME ON YOU. THANKS FOR RUINING TGE WORLD CUP.
