No channel loads to watch
Nothing works. No channel loads and sat channel not available that’s for any channel. Same issues on my Amazon tablet

Please make that go away, just want to turn the tv on and watch it. Also the app keeps getting blurry picture. I don’t have that issue with any other app, so it’s not my internet connection or speed causing the issue.
Regardless of being entertained
Spectrum is pretending to be generous. They are devils when it comes to long time customers. They raise your bill because they’re greedy. GREEDY!!!
Can’t update
I am trying to update my Spectrum TV and my spectrum account. I cannot update either one.
Good overall
So happy to have switched all services , faster iPhones. ATT&T was so slow. OMG, i should have done long time ago. Happy to have Internet, TV and celulars with Spectrum.
Unstable with frequent lockups
While I appreciate being able to stream from my cable subscription, this is probably the worst streaming app on my Apple TV.
It frequently freezes up or goes to a spinning star. Occasionally after a long pause it will continue streaming, but often I have to force it back to the home screen and start the app again. Frequently it will pop up an error code saying try again later.
It's been locked up for 15 minutes just now and even multiple restarts of the app results in just the spinning star.
I can go into all my other streaming services and they run fine. I thought it might be my Internet, but none of the other streaming apps freeze or lockup like the Spectrum app. They also load and stream, then I return to Spectrum and just get the spinning star that never seems to buffer or start playing.
Very frustrating since it's my primary streaming apps for news and general shows.

Broke the app again!
After the most recent update you can no longer have TV playing in the background, or with the screen off.
I often listen to TV in the background, with my screen off. This no longer works. Even worse, you can no longer switch apps without the TV app stopping.
Please put it back the way it’s always been.
While you’re at it, bring back being able to swipe to change channels while in portrait mode. This was removed several updates ago, and I can’t think of a reason why.

App Sucks So Bad
The tv app sucks so bad. I hadn’t opened it for a while so it kicked me out. Now I’m in an infinite loop where I can’t login. It wants me to start a free trial (even though I’m paying for it) and when I X out of it, it says Sign In another way but takes me to my phones settings. Doesn’t ask for a login. So annoying and it always does this. Literally can’t use the app right now. If they weren’t the only provider in my area, I would switch in a heartbeat.

All of the sudden the app says that there is a proxy issue. I have gone through all of the steps countless times and still nothing. So disappointing for how expensive Spectrum service is

Every time I go to get on the app it freezes and cuts off and I have to try and open it again before it finally opens. Trash!

Horrible service and inconsistency
While using the app, Spectrum gets a wild hair to decide mandate update so that the Olympics can have new features totally disregarding the fact that some people use this off grid and updating an app with very few bars on cellular is very painful and you should be able to decide when you want to do it when they mandate it

The latest app has “settings“ that you can select to automatically have the app open to a startup channel which you can specify, and while it works for one or two times it revert back to channel one the Spectrum “news“ which is a joke and so this app Continues to be broken and continues to be updated and not fixed for a company that is taking billions of dollars of user money it’s an embarrassing inapt app

Whatever update you did yesterday has completely broke the app! I cannot watch anything now.
