If you have any payments that go over the autopay limit you set (for example fees or a high utility bill), you either pay a credit card fee, or you have to pay through your bank account from a PC.
Strong Arm Robbery
You are forcing people to pay what you say and not whatโs owed! Iโve called several times to complain about this issue but nothing has happened to correct the problem. You know itโs wrong and still have not resolved the problem with overcharging residents. Itโs impossible to speak with anyone in management or someone in a position of authority to fix the problem. If we donโt pay, you charge a late fee. This has been going on for months and something has to be done about it.
