Apple Pay not accessible
I have a hard time being able to choose Apple pay to pay my rent. Due to the app layout I can’t see the button fully so when I try to scroll up to access the Apple Pay option the screen doesn’t stay up for me to press the button.

Sounds like I’m talking to Ai every time I call them.

Glitchy and unhelpful
I’ve had trouble every single month paying rent because of this app. It’s super glitchy. Half the time , the button you need to select is so far down the screen but you can’t scroll any further down - so you can’t select submit.

Your app just like your company is poorly set up and anti customer. I dont owe you 55 dollars for a fee on my lease renewal but you put it on here so I am forced to pay it. I tell every friend that moves here ( which is a lot in Charlotte with me working for the largest employer here) DO NOT USE FirstKey.

Works good
Could be more of an all in one place to view and do everything. Somewhat hard to navigate but easy to make a payment

App has basic uses but feels chunky. Buttons and links will be behind banners they added making them not operable.

If you have any payments that go over the autopay limit you set (for example fees or a high utility bill), you either pay a credit card fee, or you have to pay through your bank account from a PC.
Strong Arm Robbery
You are forcing people to pay what you say and not what’s owed! I’ve called several times to complain about this issue but nothing has happened to correct the problem. You know it’s wrong and still have not resolved the problem with overcharging residents. It’s impossible to speak with anyone in management or someone in a position of authority to fix the problem. If we don’t pay, you charge a late fee. This has been going on for months and something has to be done about it.

It’s not very user friendly via the mobile app
ApplePay option doesn’t work
The app won’t let me scroll down to select the ApplePay option. There is a black space covering it. ApplePay is so much easier to pay with…if it would work

User Friendly and Convenient
I love the FirstKey Homes app because it is user-friendly and convenient. All of my information is right at my fingertips.
Split Payments
Not allowing split or multiple payments is ridiculous. If I want to apply toward my balance before due date then I SHOULD be able to (still paying a fee which is fine). There is literally no good reason to prevent this. You can program system triggers if you are truly worried about not being paid full amount. Also, isn’t partial better than $0???
