They use the app to steal.
I have paid my bill 4 times and it even says so when I go to pay it. “Bill has already been paid bla bla..” yet I owe money because my payment is late now apparently 😐… be so fr.

It’s incredibly difficult to pay my bill this stupid app rarely works. You even have to manually input your information every month just for them to tell you the app is down and you have to try again tomorrow.

I don’t like the app won’t work right I try to log in it tells me my account doesn’t exist so I try to create a new account and it tells me that account already exists that is so stupid
Cannot login
I put my phone number to login but it never texts me the access code and no option to use email or another method
Absolutely awful
First if you’re a new user immediately cut your losses and give up they’ll give you a password that doesn’t work and lock you out of your acc which mind you locks after 2 tries good luck trying to call because even when you do call during office hours the automated voice will just repeat things over and over and over extremely annoying and unprofessional let me pay my electricity bill
