The app is OK. It works when it wants to sometimes it glitches. I hate the fact that they added this second authorization login.

Everything about VineBrook needs improved.
Not user friendly
App requires 2-3 steps login which is not convenient. Payments can’t be made early and partial payments can’t be made. Balance due does not appear until the first of the month, which changes monthly due to utilities being included. Late fee applied as of the 5th. Just overall just satisfied with payment process or the app. Thankful for transfer of services upcoming.

Remember me
Remember me didn’t work. I have to type in my info each time. Also there isn’t a Contact Us section. I was trying to contact someone regarding a service request with an outside contractor service request. This is for a friend of mine that rents from you. I handle his finances.
