Poorly written app

The app is required in order to get childcare subsidies. The most recent update requires the user to register their device, yet the app won’t allow access to case number field; thus rendering the app completely useless.

Annoyed by this app !

This app is terrible the whole process is terrible it’s really irritating having to struggle with this app that keeps getting worse! What’s the point of registering a device? Makes it harder on the parents who has help with taking their kids to school !

Not good at all.

This app is horrible and causes more issues than anything. I have to leave extra early to make it to work in time due to this app always messing up when I go to check my child in.
