Problems after Update

Have not been able to log in since update to log-in my second grandson. Before update I was able to log both in & out on the same phone but with different logins. Now I can only log in one on my phone and have not been able to register a second device to log in my other grandson.. this is a real hassle!!

Clocking into daycare

Arise care won’t let secondary person
Sign kids into daycare which makes it a problem when the parents can’t drop kids off and sign them into daycare

Poorly written app

The app is required in order to get childcare subsidies. The most recent update requires the user to register their device, yet the app won’t allow access to case number field; thus rendering the app completely useless.
