Poorly written app
The app is required in order to get childcare subsidies. The most recent update requires the user to register their device, yet the app won’t allow access to case number field; thus rendering the app completely useless.

This app is terrible the whole process is terrible it’s really irritating having to struggle with this app that keeps getting worse! What’s the point of registering a device? Makes it harder on the parents who has help with taking their kids to school !

This app is horrible and causes more issues than anything. I have to leave extra early to make it to work in time due to this app always messing up when I go to check my child in.

Takes to long to load & if it does let u in the system you’re probably gonna get kicked back out so u restart & by they time your 20/25 mins late for work…. Need major update asap parents shouldn’t have to through this it’s a inconvenience with our time….
Can’t log in
This app fails to work daily I have a brand new phone and it keeps saying the camera need permission to open. Once I grant permission it just has a blank screen pleases fix
Loading Issues
As a mother, this app is super inconvenient. It takes almost 10-15 minutes for it to load and you are almost late wherever you need to be. If you use the app, try to at least spare a good 10 minutes, because the app takes FOREVER to load. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. The cards were super convenient because you were in and out. If you are going to force us to use our phones, at least make you have the app working right.

Doesn’t work 95% of time
Can not log in most of the times, when trying to check kids in or out it does not work. Are limited to what days you are able to check in. Can’t back check in for days that you can’t log in. Very unreliable and a real pain. Can not be trusted
Loading Issue
This app this too essential to work so poorly. At random times the app has a loading problem where it continuously spins and never actually signs in. When it takes too long to load, the buttons don’t work in the app.
Needs more work
This app doesn’t work on most days. I have to check her in later or not at all. This is definitely not user friendly. And waste time for parents getting to work when the system isn’t functioning correctly.

This app is very hard to keep loaded and it is insufficient when trying to get it to work just spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone who told me to delete it and then re-download the app. Major bugs that need to be fixed and worked out because I cannot sit here every day for 30 minutes trying to get this app to work.

Technical problems
Just started on app nothing would load kept kicking me out missed the first day being able to check in or out. Daycare owner told me to deleted and re download. Deleted it, it won’t let me redownload I have to come into App Store every time. Still won’t load or let me check in or out

Some days it takes forever for the app to open. It’s very annoying when you’re on your way to work.

Review on the Arise Care app
The app doesnt give you an option to “sign up”. It has nothing when you download it. Just a username and password staff at my childs daycare cant seem to provide. Very confusing would much rather swipe a card.
