They use the app to steal.
I have paid my bill 4 times and it even says so when I go to pay it. “Bill has already been paid bla bla..” yet I owe money because my payment is late now apparently 😐… be so fr.

It’s incredibly difficult to pay my bill this stupid app rarely works. You even have to manually input your information every month just for them to tell you the app is down and you have to try again tomorrow.

I don’t like the app won’t work right I try to log in it tells me my account doesn’t exist so I try to create a new account and it tells me that account already exists that is so stupid

I put my phone number to login but it never texts me the access code and no option to use email or another method

First if you’re a new user immediately cut your losses and give up they’ll give you a password that doesn’t work and lock you out of your acc which mind you locks after 2 tries good luck trying to call because even when you do call during office hours the automated voice will just repeat things over and over and over extremely annoying and unprofessional let me pay my electricity bill

DO NOT USE THIS APP - per AES this app is not recommended. Payments take 48 hours to post, and the site provides false information, (what little information it does provide) - DO NOT USE THIS APP
Paying by App MORE EXPENSIVE and Doesn’t Work
TWO major issues: 1.) When paying by AES app, you must use a credit or debit card, which incurs an additional fee. You cannot pay by bank account on the app to avoid the fee. 2.) I have never successfully completed an online payment using the app. I am a tech-savvy person who has paid all bills online for 10+ years. I have updated the app, tried on different devices, and restarted my device. The app simply does not work. I have called the customer service line to pay my bill every single time.

Accessing the website
I agree that the website is terrible. I have deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. I can’t get it to access my account
APP DOES NOT WORK
This app never works. I can use my credentials to login vis the mobile web but receive an error when I try logging in via the app. I’ve had the app downloaded for at least a month now. I thought that there would be an update to resolve. There hasn’t been one. I wouldn’t waste your time until you see that an update has come out since this review.

Junk app for junk service
Can’t sign in with my phone number which is how they opt to sign in.
Just horrible
The app is awful. Feels like it was coded by a 2nd grader and the servers were made by a 1st grader. Constantly freezes when your trying to do something. Servers are down so you can’t even login. You press buttons and they don’t actually click. Everything that you could possibly think of that could go wrong on an app has gone wrong on this app and it regularly goes wrong. Website is not any better. I am seriously contemplating just paying the $50 fee every month so I don’t have to use this awful app anymore. Just horrible

AES is HORRIBLE!
Ever since we had the switch over, paying my bill is ridiculously difficult. I have technical difficulties paying on the phone. It doesn’t “remember” my form of payment despite using the same method of payment for years. I am told there’s an error even after typing in all the information for the umpteenth time. Try for the millionth time to log into the app. Can’t seem to get in there either. Do they want my money or not???

Update broke app
App won’t update past Oct since AES retail last year
New Acct Number Won’t Load
Ever since we all received new act numbers the app has not updated! The app is still stuck on the Oct billing cycle so I cannot use the app to look at my bills or track my payments. Very frustrating!
