The ap is totally non functioning and kicks you out! when I try to go online with LVVWD it links to the ap which invariably kicks you out! LVVWD DO BETTR!!,
I just saw a message stating that we were using water
I went outside and took a picture that it will not let me download on your app where it says take a picture and download to show you that my meter is totally shut off and nothing is running.

App hasn’t worked in months…
They can’t be reached through calling either unless you have time to hold for 20-30 minutes. Apparently EVERY day is a high call volume day and they just direct you to the app… the app that doesn’t work🤦🏼♀️

Auto Pay FAIL
I have been having issues with auto payments for over a year. I’ve spoken with representatives, updated, uninstalled/installed the APP multiple times. It just does not work! Then Water District charges a late fees! It takes a looong time to get anyone over the phone. Get your ‘app’ together!

Doesn’t work
You can’t pay bills / set up auto pay . App does not work well at all. Keeps saying they have been “ working on these issues “ for over a month.
