Access and User Experience
The user interface and experience isn’t smooth. Also, because the domains are different (app vs the website) it causes issues. And the system log you out after each session.
Setting entry time
updated with the newest release, now i cannot set a time for entry for a visitor or vendor. it absolutely does not allow any am settings.
Simple and Functional
Based on the previous reviews vs. my most recent experience, it looks like most of the bugs have been fixed. I was able to add and remove visitors, update names, etc. pretty easily. It would be nice to be able to deactivate devices for vehicles you no longer have vs. having to add a note.
App sucks
Can’t log in and when I do a password reset, I don’t receive a password reset in my email. No matter how many times I do it or wait.
