Access and User Experience
The user interface and experience isn’t smooth. Also, because the domains are different (app vs the website) it causes issues. And the system log you out after each session.
Setting entry time
updated with the newest release, now i cannot set a time for entry for a visitor or vendor. it absolutely does not allow any am settings.
Simple and Functional
Based on the previous reviews vs. my most recent experience, it looks like most of the bugs have been fixed. I was able to add and remove visitors, update names, etc. pretty easily. It would be nice to be able to deactivate devices for vehicles you no longer have vs. having to add a note.
App sucks
Can’t log in and when I do a password reset, I don’t receive a password reset in my email. No matter how many times I do it or wait.
1999 technology that doesn’t work
Someone in the IT department needs to be fired. Residence have not been able to login to manage their visitors for weeks. There is a message after attempting to login that we’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login to the “new” application. There is no email sent, there are not instruction. In fact, they never sent out an email saying there would be a change. Our Guards are frustrated too. What a pathetic company and technology.

Tenant Information
In the latest version, there is no tenants tab on the owner’s screen to their enter information.
Waste of time
Impossible to do the most basic tasks like update the software! Very frustrating.
The Worst App Ever
I’m not sure what kind of developer these guys use, but this app is totally dysfunctional, each time they have an update it gets worse. Come on guys, get your act together!
Keep looking!
This is a terrible app! Stuck with it from the HOA. If you need something that works well, allows for convenient access, and easy personal updates, keep looking. There must be a better product out there for your organization.
Worst App of All time
My neighborhood has been using this app for years. Recently they “upgraded” it. I can never log in and can’t even log in on the desktop website. Even the guard gate hates this app. Miserable.
Fix your app
Too many bugs. Works one day. Doesn’t the next. Same problem lots of users here have.
Cannot Update Quick Pass
I received an email that I needed to update my Quickpass. I updated now it’s telling me I need to update again and I cannot get in. I have been locked out of my account. What is going on?
Glitch
It asks for you to update the app. Then asks for login. Then asks you to update the app. Over and over. Let me know when you fix this thing!
Update doesn’t work
New update and it doesn’t let you log in. It keeps sending you to the update page.
After update can’t log in
I never had any problems with quick pass until this morning when I received a new email that I had to reset my password. Wouldn’t let me login without doing a reset. So I did, and now can only log into quick pass through a web browser and not through the app. App is now completely useless.
Terrible
Tells me I can’t log in until I update it but no update showing in App Store. This app is very old and not helpful.
Faulty app
App says download latest version to sign in but it’s already the latest version. Won’t let me log in.
The last update ruined everything
I’m not sure what happened with this last update, but all my permanent visitor information is missing (when signing in on the website) and the app doesn’t even allow me to log in
