I just saw a message stating that we were using water
I went outside and took a picture that it will not let me download on your app where it says take a picture and download to show you that my meter is totally shut off and nothing is running.
App hasn’t worked in months…
They can’t be reached through calling either unless you have time to hold for 20-30 minutes. Apparently EVERY day is a high call volume day and they just direct you to the app… the app that doesn’t work🤦🏼♀️
Auto Pay FAIL
I have been having issues with auto payments for over a year. I’ve spoken with representatives, updated, uninstalled/installed the APP multiple times. It just does not work! Then Water District charges a late fees! It takes a looong time to get anyone over the phone. Get your ‘app’ together!
Doesn’t work
You can’t pay bills / set up auto pay . App does not work well at all. Keeps saying they have been “ working on these issues “ for over a month.

Application Crashes
For the past two months, when opening the app it immediately crashes. Also, when opening the website, it immediately crashes as well. Application info says the app works with my device. I have no information regarding my account, and no way to pay my water bill! Please fix this crash issue!
Unable to Access
Same as previous review! No longer Unable to access my account ! Very frustrating application. Almost as frustrating as selecting a ‘nickname’ that is -not already taken-!

This app worked for awhile then boom, can’t even use it. You click on the app and it goes blank. It use to be very convenient.
Terrible
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Screen will appear for about one second and then close itself. I’d rate it at no stars because it’s useless.
They need to hire different developers
This app worked OK in the beginning, first 7 months this app worked fine for paying bills. Now all of a sudden the app won’t work at all, every time I go to open the application the main white screen with LVVWD logo in the center pops up for 2 seconds and then it force closes itself. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app +++ times, cannot update because App Store doesn’t have any available updates, I have deleted the cloud data for the app from my iCloud, and it still won’t work. If I could give it half a star I would.

I tried to enter the application and I can't, nothing comes up and it exits immediately.

This app lacks having everything within it. To view the bill PDFs it takes me to the website. Overall lacks practicality and simplicity for some things.

Works okay, but not user friendly
It works pretty well for me, but I'm getting an alert to update the app, but there's no live link. Nothing in the App Store either...
