Hate that I have to open the app to open my door and be at the door and wake the lock up first, it’s not convenient when you have hands full, and it will lock if you walk back out to your car for something then you have to do it all over again. When you have pets you don’t want them to run out so you can’t just leave it open. But the biggest issue is you can’t unlock the door without the app from the inside. TOTAL FIRE HAZARD! This lock/app needs Tesla’s technology, I shouldn’t have to put in a code if my phone is in my pocket next to the door. The door shouldn’t lock unless I lock it with the app either. And the key pad falls asleep very quickly when changing code, there’s a lag with opening the lock too sometimes my phone is at the door and says disconnected. I sound be able to remote open from anywhere for family or kids in addition to codes. It’s just not practical at all and I genuinely hate it. Pretty pointless to have an app to unlock if you can put in a code quicker.

Horrendous.
For such a big company it’s embarrassing to have an app this bad that they keep pushing the tenants to use.
Doesn’t work.
Not very convenient, just freezes as soon as I log in.
Very happy with the new release
This version works much better with my Bluetooth deadbolt, locking and unlocking through the app is more smooth and reliable. Managing access codes is now easier. Looking forward to seeing even more features added in future updates
Easy to use
App is easy to use. Works well with my deadbolt. Can’t wait until they add more functionality!
