Best service ever
It’s wild some people complain about this free service. The drivers are always awesome and rarely takes too long for a pick up. Best tax dollars ever spent.

This app is good, but why the heck are the drivers canceling my ride?
Why does the pick up time lie ?
Great app for those in need but also would like a little more responsibility or accountability when it comes to the pick up time. App said it would be a total of 40 min which I was okay with but once it got to about 10 min the app jumped back up to 40 min wait time
Waiting an extra minute or hour
It’s a good app and I like how it’s free rides but I wish I didn’t have to wait an extra hour or minute to get a ride back home. Like I just get out the gym and it says 8 minutes, next thing I know it goes up to 9 or 10 minutes. Please fix this or hire more people please to prevent these because I do not wanna get sick walking in the snow or rain.

The app itself is good but the customer service is disgusting. They mostly always have bad attitudes cancel on you while they’re ten minutes away

I think it’s so cool that this app is doing this for certain communities especially a community like Montbello, which is where I live. the only complaint I have is the wait time.. I feel like no matter the time of day you’re waiting 30+ min to be picked up. I had to wait 75 min today. And then when I got picked up again to get dropped back off I had to wait 45 min. Which was fine considering I didn’t have to do anything on a schedule but I just think more drivers are necessary. Other than that both drivers i had were nice and respectful. I had my 3 year old w me and she thought the big van was so cool lol! Hopefully we can see this in more neighborhoods soon!

This only services a small area in Montbello.
I was trying to go to the Green Valley Ranch library and the sprouts off of 56th and Tower Road. This will not take me just five minutes from my house up the road to sprouts or the green Valley Ranch library that’s located on the Tower Road this is a terrible app. It’s a hope of disaster. Literally you can only go within Montbello tiny community with no real good food only Walmarts and disgusting food. There’s no king Soopers there’s no Safeway and you’re stuck within the confines of Montbello you can’t go right up the street to Tower Road to find clean food and also find a good library that’s clean not a decrepit library that smells bad this is an awful app. They need to help people for real and not just help them as far as they feel that they should, why is this app not going into the green valley Ranch areathis is terrible

Awesome services in today’s struggles
I’m glad to have found out about these services in GES area. The app is simple and offers a view of the map within services area. I truly hope this continues and a pat on the back for the inventor. Thank you!!!
Absolutely not
You never know if you’re gonna get an accurate time or not. BARELY any drivers so the wait time comes out to hours and if they give you an estimated time they end up changing it to and hour + right after. This app is useful but I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Keep in mind the customer service is horrible and the drivers can be so rude and impatient

Rude drivers!
i appreciate the people who put this whole thing together i think it’s really helpful for the community especially for the youth BUT the worst drivers were hired, majority of all drivers i’ve had have big attitudes, they don’t greet anyone once entering the car, they’re VERY impatient & inconsiderate about they people that sometimes take a little second to get to the car not aware of people having disabilities, physical issues that’s cause them to move a bit slower than normally & anything else that could be wrong. Connector drivers should be more nice & have better energy cause so far everyone i have encountered has had major attitude problems and it won’t be long until i have to tell someone about themselves. SERIOUSLY.

This service is so trash every time i use this app the drivers are always 30mins to an hour out. I had to take the bus this morning with my son to get him to school because this driver Dolores never came!! Also when she did say she came she did not wait even a minute. I thought it was so trash of her and this connector!!! What is the point of this is it to much for yall to handle

Amazing service in our community
So grateful to have Montbello Connector. I think the app is great because it shows you the service area on a map and makes it easy to find relevant drop off locations. I love the use of EV and hybrid vehicles also
So convenient
The service area is good. I hope they can update so that you can edit pickup if needed but otherwise it is good and it saves time from the bus(sometimes).
